🐻🚀 AI is the great equalizer in skills - I am not skilled in music, but AI lets me make great music - I am not skilled in design, but AI lets me make great design AI is the great equalizer in knowledge - I do not know medicine, but AI lets me brainstorm all the options, before seeing a doctor - I do not know law, but AI lets me brainstorm all the options, before seeing a lawyer It opens up a whole new world of skills and knowledge, so that I can get more things done!! it is so empowering!!! it reframes everything, skills and knowledge aren’t the bottleneck anymore, the bottleneck is now setting a vision and leading people to that vision!! you build and lead a vision in 3 steps: 1. talk to real humans to understand the problem 2. figure out a scaleable solution for that problem 3. get all the humans’ buy-in to adopt the solution those 3 steps will require humans, because of the relationships, empathy, and leadership and with all the skills and knowledge readily available, it is so much easier to do those 3 steps than ever before!!!!
