🐻🚀 Alex Bores ’13 is running for Congress, and I watched his live televised debate on PIX11 tonight!! I was on the Cornell Debate Team with Alex, Alex is an incredible debater, and he demonstrated why he’s the best candidate!! (link to the debate below!!) he is the best candidate on AI regulation, he studied computer science masters, he worked in big tech, I heard him talk about AI, and he understands it to the level necessary to regulate it!! this is such an important policy this election cycle!! he is the most effective legislator as well!! he was ranked the most effective legislator in NY State by the Center for Effective Lawmaking! he understands complex problems, and passes straightforward bills that directly solves the problems!! it’s a really close election, there’s so much awful attack ads run against him, and his opponents gang up on him, but Alex speaks directly to the constituents, repels all the attacks, cuts through all the noise, and clearly demonstrates why he’s the best candidate!!
