🐻🚀 Alex Bores ’13 is running for Congress!! I attended the NY 12 Candidate Forum at the 92NY, and Alex Bores did the best of all the Candidates!!! - Knowledge: I learned so much whenever Alex spoke, he’s so well versed on a variety of topics, from the subway projects that matter to constituents, to how AI needs to be legislated!! - Effectiveness: Alex has a track record, voted by City and State to be the Most Effective Legislator in Albany, I believe it’s because he’s so good at identifying needed legislation, and building coalitions to implement them!! - Personable: Alex showed gravitas on the things that matters most to the constituents, from affordability to antisemitism, and was able to sprinkle in tasteful humor, when the other candidates disagreed with each other in destructive ways I chatted with 5 constituents around me, and they all came as supporters of Alex Bores!! there’s so much negativity in politics, with millions of dollars launched against Alex from a PAC, but the constituents of his district see it as he’s doing something right!! I met 6 Cornellians in the audience!! Cornellians come support Cornellians when they run for office!!
