🐻🚀 Alex Bores ’13 is the most inspiring politician!! I attended his State of the District, he’s doing such an amazing job as NY State Assemblymember for the Upper East Side!! my favorite part: he said "government is the name we give to things we choose to do together, that we can choose to make our streets safer, that we can choose to help our neighbors!!" it was so empowering, it was JFK-level rhetoric, with the most heartfelt delivery!! he’s the new hope for our country, someone who empowers us all!!!! I’m most impressed by the 4 Cornellians I met in the audience!!! when Cornellians run for office, Cornellians show up to hear the platforms, to spread the word!!! #cornell #ai #leadership
