🐻🚀 At the Cornell Veterans House, with Andy Shin ’23, who serves in the Army, and is in the Army Reserve while studying public policy and sustainability at Cornell. He is head RA for the Cornell Veterans House, where 40 veterans live together while studying at Cornell. There are 200 veterans studying at Cornell, 70 undergrads. The Veterans House started in 2019, and helps veterans transition from military to school. (The Veterans House has the highest GPA of all the dorms!) In the spring, the Veterans House plans to bring a General (i.e. Mattis) to come speak at Cornell, to encourage more veterans to study at Cornell.
