I studied AEP at Cornell, it’s such an incredible major, an incredible alumni community, you should study AEP too!! my favorite part of breakfast, is when we pass the microphone around, and everyone shares what they did after graduation! AEP prepared us so well!! - one alum switched into a new industry, she found a textbook and just taught it to herself!! (AEP taught us how to learn anything!!) - one alum went into software, he shared how AEP gave him confidence to do anything, that we can understand anything - one alum became a Professor and there’s a physics equation named after him! - one alum worked on quantum algorithms - one alum switched into AEP because Professor Lena Kourkotis, he saw her passion for physics - one alum went into financial modeling, physics is different from finance, but it was easy to switch from physics modeling to financial modeling - one alum went into medical school, clinical psychology - one alum went into biotech, commercialize new therapeutics Applied and Engineering Physics is such a versatile degree!! graduates can go into any industry and excel!!
