🐻🦁 Cornell Professor Lecture this Sunday on Long Island!! it’s about Lion King, Finding Nemo, how animals are portrayed in animated films. Professor Michael Sheehan will speak about his new class at Cornell, BIONB 1100, "Understanding Animal Behavior through Animated Films". Every year, the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) and the Cornell Club of Long Island, host the Hicks Lecture at Hicks Nursery (a plant and garden nursery in Long Island, owned by many generations of Cornellians). It’s fascinating to learn about Cornell research, presented in easy-to-understand entertaining format! I learned a bunch last year, and I plan to go every year!! The lecture will be Sun 1/28, 1pm-2:30pm, at Hicks Nursery (100 Jericho Turnpike, Westbury, NY 11590). Registration Link in the comments.
