🐻🥂 Cornell Wines Professor Cheryl Stanley ’00 came to NJ tonight, for Food and Wine Event!! I ate so much, and I learned so much!!! I didn’t get to take the Wines class during college, I’m so glad I got to take it tonight!! I don’t drink wine very often, but I was able to follow along, and there were memorable tips: - if it grows together, it goes together - when pairing wine with dessert, make sure the wine is sweeter than the dessert it was so interesting, how the wine labels have so many rules, and the wines had such dynamics with the climate, and how certain estates have their own grapes, so much comes together in a glass of wine!! and so many Cornellians came together too!! amazing wine and amazing food, and the most amazing company!! (Cornellians!!!)
