I attended the top B2B AI event in NYC, it’s organized every month (by a Cornellian!!), and I found 4 Cornellian founders there!! startup events are all about signal (less noise!!), and the Cornellian’s B2B AI event is full of signal, I met more VCs there than startups, and I even met several Family Offices looking to go direct!! when the signal is that strong, there’s no need for VCs!!!! NYC is quickly surpassing SF as the startup capital of the world!! Cornell Tech has so many new AI and fintech startups, and Weill Cornell has so many healthcare startups!!! a growing trend: Cornellian founders are moving to SF for YC, and then moving right back to NYC after YC, because there’s just so much more opportunities in NYC!!! #startups #nyc #entrepreneur
