🐻🎉 For 2 years now, I organize small zoom calls based on shared interests, i.e. Cornellians in Art, Cornellian Authors, Cornellians in Sustainability, Cornellians in Digital Health, Cornellian Recruiters. 5-7 Cornellians each, every 3-4 months. I want Cornellians to connect with each other more!! I started with 5 of them, and I’ve now grown to 25. For each one, I reach out to 30 Cornellians, and 5-7 Cornellians attend. It’s a simple format (every 3-4 months): - start with small breakout rooms, as Cornellians join at different times - then big room for introductions (what you studied, what you do, favorite [something] at Cornell) - then we do 2 discussion questions, I try to find broad and open-ended ones I’m trying to do more of them, throughout the year!
