Mobile uploads 🐻🍔 Ithaca Food: Xi’an Street Food just opened in Collegetown, on Dryden Rd, where Mango Mango used to be!! Their specialty is the Hand Pulled Noodles, a special way of making noodles from central and northwestern China, where they pull the noodles fresh by hand and then cook and serve it, so it’s super fresh!! I got the Spicy Cumin Lamb Hand Pulled Noodles (5/5)!! I like the noodles a bunch, you can tell it’s hand-pulled, each noodle is different from the next, and the noodles are extra wide, and it has a nice springy texture, freshly made noodles! I liked the cumin lamb and onion and cabbage, the strong flavor balances well with the large thick noodles! I like the variety on the menu, from dumplings to hand pulled noodles to noodle soups to small buns! I got to try a bunch more next visit!! I ate the noodles at my favorite spot in Collegetown, next to the Schwartz Performing Arts Center, with a great view of the Cornell University Grand Entrance!!
