I just visited the new 12-story Asteri apartment building in downtown commons, right next to the parking garage, cinemapolis, and city hall!! it has 181 units (45 already occupied!!), with wonderful amenities like a fitness lounge, outdoor patio, community kitchen, and laundry on every floor! Ithaca has a huge housing shortage, and it is so wonderful to see all the new housing built! many real estate development firms are now building many new buildings in Ithaca! Vecino Group built Asteri and Arthaus, Greystar built Maplewood, Rimland Properties built Ithacan
