Mobile uploads 🐻🥬 Cornell’s Bounty of NY Feast!! We tasted cheese, fruit, vegetables, and meat from all around New York State! The Director of Cornell AgriTech, talked about the innovations in agriculture and technology, that Cornell is developing, and sharing with all the farmers around New York State (doing the greatest good!!) she talked about the two main research areas at Cornell AgriTech: Innovation (Automation, Sustainable, Resilience), and Entrepreneurship (New Varieties, Production Practices, Partnerships my favorite was the robot that could tell the difference between crops and weeds, and it would zap the weeds with a laser!! I was very impressed by Schenectady, I got cannolis from Perreca’s Bakery, and ate it by the Mohawk River! and the culinary students at the Schenectady County Community College did a wonderful job preparing the feast and serving it!!
