Mobile uploads 🐻🥣 Cornell Facilities Department Chilli Cook-off!!! 10 chillis, 8 desserts, all made by Cornell Facilities employees, vote for your favorite ones, winner gets a trophy to put on their desk for the year! The proceeds support United Way and Ithaca nonprofits!! Each year, Cornell employees donates $600k to United Way! (oh also, remember to get the Cornell Store Coupon Book, proceeds of that goes to United Way too!!) In the hallways are also Cornell employees, selling small crafts they made, like honey and pottery and crocheted octopuses, and embroidered dish towels! Cornell employees are so talented, and have many interests in addition to work!! (great work-life balance!!) I hope more Cornellians will work for Cornell!! At the cookoff, I met several Cornellians who stayed in Ithaca after graduation, to work for Cornell, Cornell has wonderful benefits, ie one got an MBA through the Employee Degree Program! And if you can’t move to Ithaca, there’s also a bunch of remote jobs available, you can find all the jobs Cornell hires for in the Workday link in the comments!!
