(technical term is portion-controlled sachets). They have 12 employees from the local Ithaca community, and is a family business, husband and wife Chef Ipshita, and their son helps out as well! Amrit Singh, MS ’11, loved Ithaca when attending Cornell, and started the food processing plant in Ithaca after graduating! He’s looking to meet Cornellians in the food business, and anyone who needs an SQF certified (Safe Quality Food) food processing plant for portion-controlled products (that can handle multiple allergans, at low minimum order quantity!!)
