🐻🍁 I’m in Canada!! I visited Queen’s University, which has a joint MBA program with Cornell!! The Cornell-Queen’s executive MBA program is a 2 year MBA program, remote for most of the year, with residential weeks in Ithaca, Queen’s, and NYC! I ate at the Tim Hortons next to Queen’s campus, I got the Iced Cold Brew (5/5) and a Sour Cream Glazed Donut (5/5)! Canadians love hockey, Tim Hortons is named after a hockey player, serves donuts and coffee, a delicious combo!!
The Cornell-Queens MBA is an executive program, 10+ years of work experience, part-time program, with "boardrooms" all over the Canada, US, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and more! (I think one group from Africa too!) Students meet in-person with their boardrooms (4-5 people) every weekend during the year, and all Students get together during the residential weeks! (party!!!) At graduation, Students get two degrees, a degree from Queen’s and a degree from Cornell!!
Queens University is in Ontario Canada, right by the Great Lake Ontario, around 3 hours north of Cornell! it has a lot of castle-like buildings (the greybrick kind, rather than the redbrick kind)! I like how the architecture mixed the old and new, I like how there’s a beach on campus, and I like Tim Hortons!!
