Mobile uploads 🐻🚀 I visited Weill Cornell today!! there’s so many entrepreneurs here!! today, I attended a fireside chat with Vishwas Seshadri, CEO of Abeona Therapeutics (ABEO on Nasdaq)!! he gave a great talk, how he transformed from a PhD researcher to a biotech CEO, how his therapy cures children with a rare skin disease, how his cell gene therapy product passed FDA approval, and how to negotiate with the insurance companies for reimbursement! I didn’t know how to build a biotech startup before, but after the fireside chat, it feels very possible now!! each of the steps takes a lot of work, but it is all work that seem very do-able!!! it’s the first day of class for Weill Cornell’s Accelerating Bioventure Innovation!! the top PhDs take the class to learn how to commercialize their research!! professors and investors and bankers and CEOs come attend the lectures as well!! -- Weill Cornell is the best medical school!! I visited the new dorms, they’re magnificent!!! just blocks away from campus, walk by Sotheby’s each day, on the way to class!!
