I attended 5 events today: - Craig of Craigslist talked about the importance of online safety, staying away from online fraud - Presidents of University of Albany and RPI shared their quantum research and workforce training to create a Quantum Valley in NY State!! - Marketing agencies share how they incorporate AI into their workflows, how to differentiate themselves from other marketing agencies, when everyone has access to the same AI tools - Arizona Commercial Authority shared why Arizona is such a great place to build a startup, the most SSBCI funding available, the amount of billionaires who winter in AZ, and the huge talent pool, Arizona State University graduates the most software engineers - Biotech XYZ (founded at Weill Cornell!!) organized a wonderful event, featuring the vibrant NYC biotech ecosystem, how there’s so many expertise in small consulting firms and fractional executives to help push drugs through, you don’t need to go to Boston or SF anymore!! also, Foley Lardner hosted the event, it’s a fantastic law firm, super friendly lawyers, with the top-notch patent startup team!! and I met so many Cornellians at the events too!! I wear my bright red Cornell shirt, and we all find each other!! Cornellians are driving forward the tech scene in NYC!!!
