Mobile uploads 🐻🎖️ for Memorial Day, I went for a run, remembering Major Rick Gannon ’95, who was killed in Iraq on 4/17/2004. Rick was in Cornell Naval ROTC, joined the Marines after graduation, and was killed when rescuing a wounded Marine in his company. the Cornell Naval ROTC organized a Rick’s Run last year, and I wore the Rick’s Run shirt on my run this morning. it reminded me of the sacrifices made by soldiers, for our country America is so wonderful, because of all the sacrifices made by soldiers who fight in war, so that there can be peace, with our sacred freedoms and liberties.
