Mobile uploads 🐻🚀 Biotech XYZ has the best biotech events in NYC!! founded out of Cornell, and funded by Weill Cornell, it is pulling NYC ahead of the traditional biotech hubs like Boston, San Diego, and San Francisco!! it was organized at the IndieBio offices, the top biotech incubator, with investors like SOSV and Chai Ventures!! there were so many investors for each founder, one of the highest ratios I’ve seen! if you’re a biotech founder in Boston, it would make sense for you to take the train down to NYC to meet the VCs!! the topic today was Women’s Health, I learned about the indications that affect women disproportionately, and how more funding is needed in Women’s Health, and how it could be solved when there’s more women founders, more women VCs, and more women LPs!! the event organization was so high quality! we sat around in small pods, around different topics like bridging gaps in health tech funding, chronic conditions affecting women, hormone health personalized medicine!! I learned so much!!!
