Mobile uploads 🐻🚀 Cornell Real Estate Council started in 2010, and is now the best undergrad real estate club in the nation!!! so many Cornellians go into Real Estate, from Hotelies to ILRies to Engineers!! each year, students visit alums working in real estate across NYC, with a huge real estate happy hour!!! I went to the happy hour, and I met students who bought properties in Ithaca, students developing curriculum to teach fellow students (every Cornellian freshmen and up knew cap rate and dcf!! as well as soft skills like coffee chats and presenting!!), to alumni who work across the asset class, from developers to asset managers to lenders to family offices!!
