I’m most impressed with how innovative the Cornell CTL themselves are!! they continuously innovate to fill in the gaps faced by entrepreneurs - CTL launched a New Accelerated Model, where licenses are created rapid fast! - CTL launched the Ignite Program, that gives a kickstart to the startup ideas through funding and access to interns (best places to intern are Cornell startups!!) - CTL launched a postdoc program, that pays researchers a stipend directly, to derisk the technology, so that it’d be ready for later stage funding! - CTL has amazing decentralization, where there’s sub-organizations in life sciences, in agriculture, in semiconductors, and more so each one can prosper!! I’ve attended them all, and they’re all so great!! and everyone I’ve met at CTL are super-friendly, super-accessible, hundreds of events, with many 1-credit courses, easily accessible eship labs always open, open office hours, amazing conferences connecting investors with entrepreneurs, hackathons to connect entrepreneurial teams, and so much more!!!
