🐻🎉 NYC Food Court Event tonight!! Cornellians have been meeting at the Food Court for 3 years now! Cornellians who met each other 3 years ago, continue to meet each other today!! it’s important to network for the long-term, not the short-term - it leads to deeper relationships, when you see each other through life changes and career changes - the short-term transactional is so inefficient, you have to cycle through so many people if you want an immediate sale right now - the long-term relationship builds your network over the years, each node connected to hundreds more nodes, and when you’re looking for something in the future, all those nodes light up to help The Food Court Event is the best way to build long-term connections, because we are all Cornellians, you’ll continue to see everyone if you attend more Food Court Events, and everyone comes to the Food Court Event with only one purpose, to meet new Cornellians and make new friends (there’s no other reason to come to the Food Court!!)
