🐻🚀 Personal Branding is really important to me!! I am trying to meet every Cornellian, so I can connect everyone with each other! it’s important that Cornellians feel I am easily available, that there’s so many ways they can connect with me, whether through the 100s of food court events or the 1000s of zoom calls, that Cornellians can connect with me, when times are good or when times are bad (health issues, job losses, startup struggles, career changes) I believe consistency is most important to Personal Branding!! - I am consistent in timing, I post multiple times each week about Cornellians for over 4 years now, the zoom mixer is every 2 weeks for over 4 years now, the NYC food court event is every month for over 3 years now! - I am consistent in themes, I post about Cornell events, I post about Cornellians, I make short-form reel interviews about various Cornell topics! - I am consistent in execution, I spend all my time meeting Cornellians, I don’t do anything else, I meet 10 Cornellians a day, every day, for over 5 years now! building a Personal Brand has been very helpful!! it helps me meet so many wonderful Cornellians, and it helps me connect more Cornellians with each other!!
