šŸ»šŸš€ Systemize and Automate are the most important skills I learned after graduating Cornell!! i.e. I’m organizing 35 Holiday Coffee Chats in December, it’s seems like a lot, but I Systemized and Automated it!! Systemize the Holiday Coffee Chats!! I made a spreadsheet, and found co-host for each day, who pick the time and place and conversation topics!! and then I blast out the list to Cornellians in NYC, to signup!! rather than thinking of each Holiday Coffee Chat individually, I created a system of Holiday Coffee Chats, for scheduling and marketing!! Automate the Holiday Coffee Chats!! I made an automated system, that adds all the Holiday Coffee Chats into one big signup form!! I also automated the reminder emails, so I can send out the reminder emails to the Cornellians who signed up for each Holiday Coffee Chat!! I only spend 5 minutes setting up each Holiday Coffee Chat, so I can spend most of time meeting Cornellians!! Systemize and Automate are the most important skills!! - it’s important to Systemize, because there’s so many dimensions to worry about, and systemizing it collapses all those dimensions into a one dimensional System, much easier to manage!! - it’s important to Automate, because time is our most precious resource, and automating it lets us use the time on the most important things: spending time with family, and meeting Cornellians!!! come to the Holiday Coffee Chats!! meet more Cornellians!!!
