🐻🚀 Tabs is the #1 fintech startup in NYC ($55M Series B!!), and it’s Founded by Cornellians!!! I attended their AI engineer event! the best pizza, the best beer, the best engineers!!! the way the Tabs engineers speak of software, it was so refreshing to hear, no leetcode and hackerrank, they hire the real AI engineers, it feels like someone finally understands!!! it’s solving one of the most interesting financial problems, when a company "earns" their revenue, i.e. when a trial becomes a real customer, when cash coming in balances the work going out! it’s ripe for AI, to implement GAAP accounting principles, and it owns a core financial pipeline to replace the Big 4 Accounting Firms!! they organized a Cornell Hackathon, and they’ve hired so many Cornellians!! it’s the level of engineering talent I saw at Cornell, I saw it again at Tabs!!!
