You tagged Alex Bores 🐻🚀 I was on the Cornell Debate Team with Alex Bores ’13, he was an incredible debater, and I always thought he’d be an incredible politician! I learned so much on the Debate Team, I learned how to "reframe" the debate: the Worlds Debate format has 2 teams on each side, so the Opening Gov would go first, and if you’re Closing Gov, you have to agree with what Opening Gov said, but "reframe" the debate to another dimension to win Alex Bores reframed the NY-12 race, the candidates all claim to be effective legislators, but Alex Bores reframed the race around AI, the most important issue this election cycle. Alex may be an underdog in name recognition, but he is the best Congressional candidate in the nation on AI Regulation!! it’s a really close race, and the big tech AI companies are spending $10 million trying to stop Alex Bores, it’s really important that every Cornellian in the NY-12 district votes, you can early vote right now, or you can vote on election day (Tue 6/23), the list of polling locations is below if you have any questions about his policies, please message me, and I’ll talk to you about it (I’ve canvassed 20+ hours for Alex Bores, and have attended his Town Halls and campaign events, he’s the most incredible candidate!!)
