You tagged Alex Bores Alex Bores ’13 came up short tonight. In his concession speech, he congratulated his opponent, thanked his supporters, and made an inspiring call to action: that we have to stand up to the big tech companies, to make sure AI is used for the greatest good. I’m excited to see what he does next!! seeing Alex’s campaign was really inspiring to me. Alex and I were on the Cornell Debate Team together, and canvassing for his Congressional run 15 years later, it reinforced my belief that every Cornellian I meet today, can do so much amazing things in the future. I believe in Cornellians, I believe Cornellians make the best public servants. And I really hope more Cornellians will run for Congress
