Concretely: solo founders and seed-to-Series B engineering teams who've handed meaningful work to coding agents and watched them return confidently wrong PRs that drift from what the team actually intended. The ones re-loading the same context every session, catching the misalignment in review if they're lucky and in production if they're not.
