The Cornell Smith Family Business Initiative is an amazing place at Cornell, that publishes research on best practices in family businesses, holds seminars to connect family businesses by generations, and build community! my favorite is how the food served all comes from family businesses: Red Jacket Juice (5/5), Farmer Jon’s Popcorn (5/5), Jackson’s Snacks (5/5)!!
